Stacy is a San Diego native that considers Disneyland her second home. Her heartfelt passion to create magic for her clients began at the age of 18 when she planned her Debutante. Since then, she has immersed herself in the wedding and events industry. She holds a degree in Event Management with certifications in Fashion Event Planning, Wedding Planning, and Event Design. She has previously held positions as a Bridal Store Manager, Director of Sales for a top-brand Hotel and as a Wedding Cake Designer before taking the plunge to create Sugar & Plum .

When Stacy is not planning weddings, she is traveling with her husband and three children, cuddling with her four dogs, taking a ballet class, or finding a new Hello Kitty item to collect (a hobby she shares with her mom!).

CO-FOUNDER & FLORAL DESIGNER

Susan, originally from the Philippines, has made the San Diego area her home for over 35 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and five beautiful grandchildren. After retiring from nursing, Susan discovered a passion for floral design, sparked by the wedding arrangements her daughter, Stacy, would bring home. She loves working side by side with Stacy on floral projects, as well as collecting the latest Hello Kitty item.

Intern

Harper Suzanne is the daughter of Stacy and granddaughter to Susan. She's grown up in the event industry watching her mom prep everything behind the scenes. She's found her own interest in event planning by being the brains behind her extravagant birthday parties.

She loves TikTok, her siblings, her dogs, being part of Pep Squad and band as well as eating anything and everything Nutella.

LEAD EVENT & WEDDING COORDINATOR

Jaida hails from the Northern California area and has a strong passion for fashion. She stays up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and fashion styles, which she skillfully incorporates into wedding and event styling. She loves that every event is unique and loves relieving the stress for couples who are overwhelmed during the planning process. Jaida hopes to grow in the wedding industry and with Sugar & Plum.

EVENT & WEDDING COORDINATOR

Jayzle lives in the Bay Area but is always ready for adventure with her suitcase perpetually packed. She loves the thrill of spontaneity and has a deep passion for helping others. With a wealth of healthcare certifications under her belt, Jayzle discovered a new interest in event planning after assisting at Stacy’s weddings. She quickly fell in love with contributing to people’s special moments and celebrating love.

When she’s not teaching future healthcare professionals, Jayzle is either catching a flight to her next destination with her husband or exploring new dining spots.
