Includes the below —

3 Client Meetings

  1. First Meeting: Review Vendor contracts, discuss wedding planning progress, and create plan of action.

  2. Second Meeting: Create Timeline and finalize details with vendors/venue.

  3. Full Day of Coordination

- Vendor Point of Contact: Become the point of contact for all vendors for arrival, departure, directions, payment/tips, and go over the timeline/itinerary.

-          Itinerary Creation: From start to finish, everything will have a time and window.

-          Décor Setup & Breakdown: I will be responsible for all setup and breakdown. Prior to the event, I will collect all items. At the end of the event, I will pack up all items carefully and give them to an assigned designated person.

-          Full Day of Coordination: Using the timeline, I ensure that the day flows seamlessly.

Day-Of Coordinating — Starting at $1000

Includes the below —-

5 Client Meetings:

  1.  First Meeting: Client Questionnaire & Action Plan Creation.

  2. Second Meeting: Event/Wedding Progress. (Booking vendors, event design layout, creating a map of your event, etc.).

  3.  Third Meeting: Event/Wedding Progress. (Timeline creation + more!).

  4. Fourth Meeting: Finalization of all details.

  5. Fifth Meeting: Rehearsal.

  6. Day Of: Start to finish with setup and breakdown. Up to 10 hours! (Additional hours will be billed at $35/hour).  

    -          Vendor Point of Contact: Become the point of contact for all vendors for arrival, departure, directions, payment/tips, and go over the timeline/itinerary.

    -          Finalize Important Elements: Finalize BEO’s with venue point person, floor plan creation, seating chart, guest count, meals, etc.

    -          RSVP Management: All RSVP cards will be sent to my office where I will manage the yes and nos. Together, we’ll create a seating chart if need be.

    -          Itinerary Creation: From start to finish, everything will have a time and window.

I will be in constant contact and will have regular check-ins beyond the five client meetings to make sure we are on track. I offer unlimited support via phone, text, and email with a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround time for responses.

Please note: Any weddings that have extensive set up or personal items will require an assistant which is an additional flat rate of $250.
